The Learning Nest Tutoring Contract

Tutoring Services Agreement This Tutoring Services Agreement ("Agreement") is made between The Learning Nest Tutoring LLC ("Tutor") and the Parent/Guardian ("Client").

2. Service Details The Learning Nest provides individualized and small-group tutoring services.

Session Length: 30 minutes or 60 minutes Session Frequency: Determined at enrollment Membership Type (Monthly / Split Monthly / Drop-In): ______________________

Scheduling is completed through our online scheduling system unless otherwise arranged.

3. Payment Policies Monthly Membership

• Monthly membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month to the card on file.

Split Monthly Membership • Families choosing the split-payment option will be charged the total monthly amount divided in half: - Half on the 1st of the month - Half on the 15th of the month Drop-In Sessions

• Drop-in sessions must be paid at the time of booking.

4. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

A. Less Than 24-Hour Notice • Any cancellation with fewer than 24 hours' notice will still be charged in full.

B. Emergencies or Sickness • The session may be rescheduled ONE time. • It must be rescheduled within 5 days of the originally scheduled session. • If not rescheduled within 5 days, full payment applies.

C. One Reschedule Per Month (Non-emergency) • Parents may reschedule one session per month with at least 24-hour notice. • The rescheduled session must occur within the same month.

D. Missed Sessions / No-Shows • No-shows are charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

E. Tutor Cancellations • A substitute tutor will be provided or a makeup session will be scheduled at no extra cost.

5. Student Expectations • Students should arrive prepared and on time. • Parents must remain reachable during the session. • Sick students may be sent home at tutor discretion.

6. Parent Communication • Text tutors directly for scheduling changes. • Text The Learning Nest for billing questions. • Review tutor notes in the app after sessions.

7. Termination of Services Either party may end services with 14 days' written notice. All outstanding payments must be completed before withdrawal.
