Welcome! Thank you for considering booking with The Learning Nest. We're here to support your child's educational journey and look forward to partnering with you!

Here are the three basic steps to scheduling a tutoring session with us:

1. Book a Free Consultation 🔎

Select the “Consultation” option below with Celeste. This 15-minute meeting helps us understand your child’s needs and how we can best assist!

2. Complete the New Student Form 📝

At the end of the booking page, you'll find a New Student Form. Please fill this out to provide us with essential information about your child's learning requirements.

3. Expect a Text from Celeste 📱

After receiving your form, Celeste will reach out via text to discuss the next steps and connect you with a suitable tutor.

Invoicing

Please note that you will automatically receive an invoice within three days of booking a session. Invoices are to be paid either weekly on Mondays or the first of every month.

Accepted Methods of Payment

The Learning Nest accepts online payments in the form of Credit Card, Debit Card, or PayPal. We also accept cash.

Cash

If you prefer to pay with cash, please select the Pay Later option at checkout. Cash payments can be placed in our outside drop box either weekly on Mondays or the first of every month.
